FidesOak® launches new suite of workshops to support industries in challenging times
Aberdeen, UK - 6th October 2025 - Cultural transformation consultancy FidesOak® has launched a new suite of workshops designed to help organisations build leadership skills, improve safety outcomes, and new ways of thinking at a time when industries face increasing geopolitical headwinds.
The workshops are built from proven elements of FidesOak®’s wider transformational programmes, which have been delivered across high-hazard and complex industries worldwide.

The workshops cover a range of themes, including safety, leadership, and coaching skills for managers. They are designed as short, practical sessions that can stand alone or complement longer-term programmes.
