Our name, FidesOak®, is an embodiment of the Roman Goddess Fides whose virtues were Trust, Honesty and Sincerity of Intent.

The Oak, symbolic of strength, stability, wisdom and longevity, can take 300 years to fully mature. Much like your organisations' culture, it needs to be nurtured and allowed time to grow.
