What is Lumina Learning?
Lumina Learning is a suite of scientifically validated profiling tools designed to help individuals and teams better understand how they think, interact, and lead.
These tools are not off-the-shelf diagnostics. They are launching points for meaningful conversations, about leadership, motivation, self-awareness, and difference, that drive individual and team transformation.

A competency based 360° feedback tool for assessing leadership behaviour and impact, often used to guide senior leadership development.

A recruitment profiling tool that maps candidates against role-specific competencies, helping identify blockers and align questions to explore these.

Personality profiling that reveals your unique combination of 24 qualities across three personas: Underlying, Everyday, and Overextended, and can be used with teams to identify areas of strength, appreciate diversity and acknowledge gaps.

Individual Profiling
Every participant receives a personalised Lumina Spark© portrait, mapping:
- Underlying Persona: Traits that show up naturally, often visible to close friends or family.
- Everyday Persona: The version you show the world day-to-day, often associated with work.
- Overextended Persona: What shows up under stress, including traits that may derail performance or communication.
This self-awareness creates powerful entry points for development.
