On Day 2, the focus turns to the leader’s impact on others:
- Practising the six leadership styles and understanding when to apply each for maximum influence and resonance.
- Building and sustaining psychological safety so that teams feel confident to contribute, innovate, and take risks without fear.
- Exploring the Trust Equation and how credibility, reliability, and empathy combine to inspire followership.
- Applying The Oz Principle steps to accountability - See it, Own it, Solve it, Do it - to embed a culture of responsibility rather than blame.
